ELECTRIC BIKE DELIVERY IN THE UKOur qualified technicians will hand-assemble and customize your bike to your specifications. It will then be carefully packed in one of our specially designed boxes to ensure the safe transport of your new e-bike.
Your new e-bike will be delivered fully assembled to your home or work address the next day (if ordered before 1:00 PM). Delivery within the UK is completely free.
You can specify an alternative delivery address when placing your order, but we cannot change the delivery address after your order has been placed for security reasons. If you use installment plans at checkout, delivery is limited to the address specified in your installment plan, as per your financial institution's terms and conditions. We cannot change this address.
Bikes will be delivered in a box and 98% assembled by us. You will need to install the pedals and position and tighten the handlebars. Please refer to our assembly guide. Some models may require reinstallation of the front wheel or other minor assembly work. You will receive a shipping notification from our system, along with a follow-up email from our couriers with more detailed delivery date tracking. Bikes are delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIESPlease note that we do not include any local taxes, import duties or other charges which may be levied in your own country and these remain your responsibility. Your local tax/customs office will be in touch with you directly when your order lands in the destination country.
We require Bank Transfer for all international shipments as the payment method . Go to our International Delivery Times page for approximate delivery times.
Parts & Accessories Orders
International delivery prices are calculated during the checkout process based on individual destinations. Most of our deliveries are via Saver Worldwide Air Freight however for some locations we can also offer an alternative cheaper Road Economy option. If this is available to your location it will be presented during the checkout process.
Electric Bike Orders
We can remove UK VAT/Sales Tax for orders where the product(s) ordered are for export/will be shipped outside of the UK. We will provide you with with an invoice excluding VAT for your records and for customs in your own country. This will include a door-to-door shipping rate. To get a quote for shipping prior to ordering, please enquire via the dedicated form here. We can only quote for export on new bikes purchased from us at the time of purchase. We are not a shipping agent for bikes you may already have and will not ship them on your behalf.
We have Class 9 Dangerous Goods shipping trained staff on site and will export your new electric bike in line with the regulations set out by CAA/IATA/ADR. We are fully compliant in international dangerous goods shipping sent using codes UN3480 and UN3556.
For international bike shipments, the bikes will arrive in a smaller box than normal. The handlebars, front wheel and pedals will need to be fitted on arrival. This is simple and we can provide advice if required - please contact us if you have any difficulties.
